Peter Phillips
An Entrepreneur with a background in sports and entertainment, from F1, rugby and cricket to organising major equestrian events, Peter’s experience in organising large scale events with specific logistical challenges is unique. The idea of providing a platform to utilise the resources of retired armed forces personnel whilst assisting the country get back to some form of normality, inspired the creation of XF Medical.
Suzie Maccagnan
Always up for a challenge, Suzie has concentrated her career in working with entrepreneurs and private capital. Coming from a global investment banking background (UBS, Citicorp), she has accrued over 30+ years’ experience in the Tech, Media, and Healthcare sectors structuring and implementing on business development strategies for the high growth companies.
Roderick Harrington
Rod is a specialist technologist and recognised subject matter expert, advising global corporates, governments, military organisation, and agencies, in the domain of national security. An experienced Board level executive, and senior practitioner, with a firm foot in academia; he manages and delivers complex multinational projects in sensitive and challenging scenarios.
Robert Hutchins MBBS, FRCS(Eng), FRCS(Gen. Surg)
Robert qualifies from the Medical College of St Bartolomew’s Hospital. He trained in Liver and pancreatic surgery and transplant surgery at Addenbrookes Hospital, Cambridge, under Professor Sir Roy Calne, as well as the Royal Free Hospitals and Hammersmith Hospital. He is now a Consultant Surgeon at the Royal London and St Bartholomew’s Hospital.

Martin Wing
Martin is the Executive Chairman of the Board. Martin provides advice and critic for the X-Forces Enterprise executive team on many internal aspects, beneficiary delivery programs and stakeholder engagement. Among Martin’s responsibilities for XFM is leading the provision of on-site testing through the operational staffing of the mobile testing units.
Ren Kapur MBE
Ren has started and run her own businesses throughout her life and is passionate about enabling individuals and communities to support themselves through enterprise. She believes that Enterprise skills are equally important whether you work for yourself or for an employer. Ren leads on Corporate client acquisition and marketing strategy for XFM
